Slowing cognitive decline

Cognitive enhancement for adults

From around age 45, mental abilities tend to decline gradually. Not only memory, but also attention, language, reasoning, and reaction speed can weaken.

Training the brain is therefore important: targeted work can slow this decline and maintain mental efficiency. Taking care of the mind means preserving autonomy and control longer, improving well-being and quality of life.

To this end, I offer cognitive training programs that help keep the brain active, flexible, and stimulated during adulthood and aging.

Activities take place in small groups to encourage socialization and a collaborative atmosphere. They are available in French or English.
